the BredShop - Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service apply to you as a member whether you're an advertiser or a user at the BredShop. As a registered user at the BredShop, you have confirmed to have read and understood these following terms. Furthermore you understand it is your responsibility to keep up with these terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.

1. FORUMS
  1.1 Users have access to the forums and to posting on the forums except for private areas.

  1.2 When logged in users have the ability to post new topics, reply to active topics and vote in polls.

  1.3 Users will respect each other and treat each other as they would like to be treated themselves.

  1.4 You have the right to express your opinions in a none offensive manner.

  1.5 All types of publicly attempting to get referrals, money or advertising in the forums is strictly prohibited.

  1.6 Any accusation without proof against another user, staff member or the BredShop as a whole may lead to loss of forum privileges.

2. USER ACCOUNTS
  2.1 Users passwords is the users responsibility to keep the password private. the BredShop is not responsible if your account is hacked.

  2.2 Accounts are limited to one per user, users may not have more than one account, doing so may lead to permanent ban from the BredShop.

  2.3 Users can only view advertisements every 24 hours.

  2.4 Your email address or other private information will not be shared, sold or traded.

  2.5 the BredShop is not responsible for information users make public themselves by posting said information publicly in forums or other methods.

  2.6 Accounts are none transferable and accounts may not be sold.

  2.7 the BredShop will not modify user account information based on user request.

  2.8 Users must be at least 13 yearsold to join the BredShop.

  2.9 Users under the age of 18 must have their parents permission to use the BredShop.

3. REFERRALS
  3.1 Users may refer as many people as they wish, there is no limit to the amount of referral a user can directly refer.

  3.2 Every referral you directly refer must share a unique email address, AlertPay/PayPal account and IP address.

  3.3 Users may not send unsolicited emails or spam referral links anywhere, doing so will lead to account deactivation.

  3.4 Purchased referrals are referrals users directly purchase from the BredShop.

  3.5 Rented referrals are referrals rented by users from the BredShop on a monthly basis.

  3.6 Users may only rent or purchase referrals when referrals are available.

  3.7 Referral purchases and fees are non-refundable.

  3.8 Referrals can never modify the user who referred him/her.

  3.9 the BredShop makes no guarantee on referral click activity.

4. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
  4.1 Attempts to cheat or hack this site will be logged.

  4.2 New security measures and additions are made regularly to protect the integrity of the BredShop.

  4.3 Users have a limit of 5 bot-test fails before the account is automatically deactivated.

  4.4 Users have a limit of 5 cheat link clicks before the account is automatically deactivated.

  4.5 Accounts deactivated due to failing the cheat system or attempt other hacks on the BredShop will not receive payment or refund.

  4.6 Accounts deactivated due to failing the cheat system or attempt other hacks on the BredShop will lose all referrals associated with the account.

5. PAYMENTS TO USERS
  5.1 All payments to users will be made via AlertPay, PayPal or approved debit card.

  5.2 All payments are made within 48 hours or sooner whenever possible, with premium members being priority.

  5.3 The minimum amount paid to any user is $10.00 USD.

  5.4 Users can only request one payment at a time.

  5.5 Users must have correct and matching information in their account and payment processor or payment will be withheld.

  5.6 the BredShop is not responsible for payments sent to the wrong email address due to a users failure to have completed his/her profile.

  5.7 It is the users responsibility to handle any filing of taxes or tax forms for his/her respective country.

6. PAYMENTS TO THE BREDSHOP
  6.1 All payments made to the BredShop will be accepted via AlertPay, PayPal or approved debit credit card only.

  6.2 All payments must be made from the email address matching the payment email in the users profile.

  6.3 All payments made to the BredShop are non-refundable, except under special circumstances decided by the BredShop.

  6.4 All payments to the BredShop are referenced to the payment email and the account with the email.

  6.5 All payments made to the BredShop via an email not referenced to an account will not be referenced and will be withheld.

  6.6 All payments not withheld will be held until confirmation by the purchasing member so a refund can be made.

  6.7 Any and all chargeback's or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to immediate account deactivation.

7. ADVERTISEMENTS
  7.1 We accept all kinds of ads and sites for advertising except for those listed below.

  7.2 We do not accept any hate-related, racist, sexist or any other sites which otherwise contain offensive content.

  7.3 We do not accept any pornographic, nude or any other sites which otherwise contain adult content.

  7.4 We do not accept any pirated, hacking or any other sites which otherwise contain illegal content.

  7.5 We do not accept any redirect links.

  7.6 We do not accept any links containing self installing software or browser hijackers.

  7.7 We do not accept any links with frame-breakers or other methods used to affect the ad timer.

  7.8 Payments for advertisements that do not meet our guidelines will be refunded.

  7.9 Balance conversions for advertisements are non-refundable whether or not they meet our guidelines.

8. ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION
  8.1 We have the right to suspend your account at anytime for any valid reason, including but not limited to violating our Terms of Service.

  8.2 All deactivated accounts will have their balance reset, all associated referrals taken and no refunds given.

  8.3 All deactivated accounts are archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.

  8.4 All inactive accounts inactive for more than 60 days will be deactivated.

  8.5 We will not delete any users account whether its deactivated, active or inactive.

9. CONTESTS & PRIZES
  9.1 the BredShop may offer contests and prizes at anytime.

  9.2 the BredShop reserves the right to alter and/or cancel any contest at anytime.

  9.3 Prizes for contests may or may not consist of goods including but not limit to premium memberships, referrals and cash.

  9.4 Referrals won or earned by participating in contests cannot be replaced.

10. LIABILITY
  10.1 the BredShop will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to the BredShop or otherwise beyond our control.

  10.2 the BredShop reserves the right to alter and/or change these Terms of Service at anytime.

  10.3 the BredShop reserves the right to changing fees, special offers, benefits, rules and we reserve the right to cancel any service at anytime without notice.

  10.4 the BredShop is not responsible for any of our members or advertisers.
